Home Inspection Reports are completed and delivered to client & agent via email the same day as the inspection. Payment for all Services is due & payable at the inspection. Requests for payment at settlement must be made when ordering inspection.
Condominium Home Inspection: $275
- Inspection includes the interior only and limited exterior components such as electrical & plumbing fixtures.
General Home Inspection: (Buyer Inspections & Seller Pre-Listing Inspections) Shown fees include inspection of one heating/cooling system and exclude out-buildings (except primary garage).
- Up to 2500 Finished Sqft - $295
- 2501 to 3000 Finished Sqft - $345
- 3001 to 4000 Finished Sqft - $395
- 4001+ Finished Sqft - Call for Quote.
- Multi-Unit Properties - Use pricing above for entire building and add $50 per unit (up to 4 units)
- Multi-Unit Properties - Over 4 units - Call for Quote.
Wood Destroying Insect (Termite) Inspection: $ 55 (without a home inspection $95)
Radon Testing: $ 125 (without a home inspection $175)
- We use Continuous Radon Monitors - Test results emailed same day test completed.
Water Quality Analysis: ** Test results - 3 business day turn-around for most testing**
- Total Coliform & E.Coli Bacteria $ 60 (without a home inspection $95)
- FHA, VA & USDA Loan Series $ 150 (without a home inspection $175)
- VOCs & Pesticides. Call for quote.
- We can test for other Drinking Water Contaminates not listed above. Call for quote.
Well Performance Inspection: $ 95 (without a home inspection $150)
PSMA Septic or On-lot Waste Treatment Inspection/Certification: $ 250
- Inspection performed to PSMA (Pennsylvania Septic Management Association) standards.
- Septic Tank Pumping & Hydraulic Load Testing available. Call for Quote.
Single System Inspection: $125 (Plumbing, Electrical, Appliances, etc)
Roof & Structural Inspection: $150
Mold Sampling: Call for quote.
Age of property, distance traveled, if no home inspection ordered may affect listed fees.
Fees are subject to change without notice.
Inspector meets all the requirements of the PA Home Inspector Law in effect as of Dec 2001.
