Welcome, my name is Chris Matteson of Home Inspect Inc. I have been providing home inspection services throughout Central Pennsylvania for the last 9 years, and have lived in Lancaster & Dauphin Counties for the past 17 years.
Home Inspect Inc. is a professional, reliable, and local home inspection company that specializes in providing inspection services for buyers or sellers of single family and multi-family properties. I understand how overwhelming and stressful the home buying or selling process can be. I focus on helping you determine if repairs are necessary and their significance. This will give you the knowledge needed to make buying or sell decisions with confidence.

I will provide valuable information necessary to maintain your home and will gladly answer all your questions. After attending the inspection and reviewing the home inspection report, you will feel confident I have your best interest in mind.
